The arrival of FUJIFILM X-H2 signifies an exciting new era for X Series. The camera has reached soaring heights of resolution, built around a fifth-generation 40.2-megapixel sensor. Users will experience unique levels of fidelity, with the capacity to freeze moments in exquisite detail. When required, there’s even more potential with Pixel Shift mode – producing 160MP stills.

While quality is a given, speed is another key facet of X-H2. The camera utilises X-Processor 5, at double the speed of X-Processor 4 – so exceptional performance awaits. Subject-detection AF is based on Deep Learning technology, facilitating rapid and accurate acquisition of subjects. Maximum shutter speed, too, has been increased to 1/180000sec. Fast apertures can remain wide open in bright conditions, with moments frozen in an instant.

As a true hybrid, X-H2 also delivers a suite of professional video specs. Expect 8K/30P recording, gorgeous oversampled 4K, up to 7-stops of IBIS with select Fujinon lenses, 10-bit 4:2:2 internal capabilities and 12-bit Apple ProRes RAW via HDMI – to name just a few headline features.

Despite such technological prowess, X-H2 remains compact and ergonomic. There’s a vari-angle 1.62 million dot LCD, a new feather-touch shutter release button and large, comfortable grip.
